  • Edinburgh Children Fold Words they've never been able to say before...Pictured: Children from Liberton Primary School, Edinburgh Folding Words at a workshop run as part of the Edinburgh International Festival's Bank of Scotland Connecting to Culture programme...The group of 11 year-olds are making origami cranes from a special letter they have each written about something they have always wished to express, in a project called Folding Words taking place at The Hub, Edinburgh...The letters range widely in subject matter - from deeply personal and moving feelings about bereavement to memories, dreams and wishes for the future, and favourite holidays...The origami cranes will be installed in the Temperate foyer and walkway at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh between 14 August and 6 September.
