I've spent almost 20 years shooting photographic assignments for a variety of editorial clients, blue chip corporate, international and national arts organisations.  

Past and present regular clients include the The Guardian, Times Educational Supplement, Dagens Næringsliv, Mail on Sunday, Scotland on Sunday, The Scotsman, The Sunday Times, The Independent, National Theatre of Scotland, Scottish Opera, Scottish Ballet, BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, New Musical Express, Bizarre, SFX, Royal Scottish National Orchestra, National Youth Choir of Scotland, Belfast Philharmonic Choir, Channel 4, Channel 5, Barr Construction, Tennents, Bauer plus more. Additionally, I contribute work to Retna  Pictures and Lebrecht Music & Arts.

I have Public Liability Insurance. I am member of the Protecting Vulnerable Group (PVG Scheme) regulated by Disclosure Scotland, which makes it easier to shoot commissions in the educational sector for example. Membership number available on request. I am also a member of the NUJ ( National Union of Journalists ).

I believe great photography adds value beyond the initial life of the original commission.
